Working with Andrew was great! If I had taken the counselling of my bank guy I met back in February to see if I could afford a home and if they would approve me, I would not have purchased anything. Simply put after he looked at my income and credit check he told me I absolutely had to put 20% down. When I went into the bank to get the draft for the lawyer they asked why I had not used the gentleman they had set me up with back in February. I was kind and told them the realtor had set me up with a mortgage broker and I just found it easier. In reality, I felt like saying because your bank rep made home ownership seem unattainable!Jackie
